Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All reservations can be made online or by phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount due.\n This amount is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not \nrespected. The balance must be paid the latest at the moment of handing \nover the keys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Arrival<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The handing over of the keys is on site \"au petit Sacacomie\". At that\n time, we will require a footprint credit card for any damage caused to \nthe property or the equipment. Arrivals are from 4:00 PM and departures \nbefore 11:30AM. If no inventory is taken, the tenant is alleged to have received housing in good conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The log-cabin has six rooms with double beds and private bathroom. Some rooms are equipped with futons. Below 12 people, any use of these additional beds will be charged(55$CAD). They can be used when the lease is over 12 people (up to 8 people maximum). It also includes a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a lavatory, a cloakroom, terrace and lounge room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rental includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Bed linen, towels and linen laundry.<\/li>
  • Toilet paper and paper towels.<\/li>
  • Room cleaning at your departure. During your stay, you are responsible for maintenance.<\/li>
  • Snow removal around the chalet in winter.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    4. Additionnal services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Paying services, provided on request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Caterer<\/li>
    • House cleaner during your stay<\/li>
    • Washer and dryer<\/li>
    • Gas barbecue<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      5. Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Rates shown in the table above is per night and includes bedroom only, no meals. The prices are exclusive of taxes, and are given for an occupation of 12 people (6 beds). The price is in Canadian dollars and is subject to change without notice. The total number of authorised occupants on the property shall not exceed 20 persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Smokers are not allowed in the chalet. Animals are aloso strictly prohibited. In cases of infringement, a penalty could be required. Pursuant to municipal regulations, the use of fireworks and the lighting of open-air fires are strictly prohibited. A closed fireplace is available for use. Occupants are required to cease all outdoor activities likely to generate noise between 11:00pm and 8:00am the following morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Advance fee or deposit will be refunded only if the cancellation \ncomes at least one month before the date of occupation. A flat fee of \n150$ will be retained as compensation for administrative costs. After \nthis time, no refunds will be granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Damage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You leave us a footprint credit card and allow the owners to charge you any damage to the premises or their contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Payment by checks. Notwithstanding any instructions regarding invoicing, the tenant agree to be personally responsible for settling the invoice. He personally commit to defray the costs incurred either in part or in full, in the absence of full payment by the company, association, or his designated representative and would be responsible for any loss or damage to the log-cabin or its contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      At the Municipality's request, a rental contact person must be appointed (the signatory of the contract). A copy of an indentification document must be provided so that the Municipality may issue de violation notice in the event of non-compliance with municipal regulations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
