Rules
1. Reservation
All reservations can be made online or by phone.
Booking confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount due. This amount is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not respected. The balance must be paid the latest at the moment of handing over the keys.
2. Arrival
The handing over of the keys is the Microbrewery "Les Bières de la Nouvelle France." At that time, we will require a footprint credit card for any damage caused to the property or the equipment. Arrivals are from 4PM and departures before 11:30AM. If no inventory is taken, the tenant is alleged to have received housing in good conditions.
3. Description
The log-cabin has six rooms with double beds and private bathroom. Some rooms are equipped with futons. Below 12 people, any use of these additional beds will be charged. They can be used when the lease is over 12 people (up to 6 people maximum). It also includes a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a lavatory, a cloakroom, terrace and lounge room.
The rental includes:
- Bed linen, towels and linen laundry.
- Toilet paper and paper towels.
- Room cleaning at your departure. During your stay, you are responsible for maintenance.
- Snow removal around the chalet in winter.
4. Additionnal services
Paying services, provided on request:
- Caterer
- House cleaner during your stay
- Washer and dryer
- Gas barbecue
5. Prices
Rates shown in the table above is per night and includes bedroom only, no meals. The prices are exclusive of taxes, and are given for an occupation of 12 people (6 beds). The price is in Canadian dollars and is subject to change without notice.
6. Prices
Smokers are not allowed in the chalet. Animals are aloso strictly prohibited. In cases of infringement, a penalty could be required.
7. Cancellation policy
Advance fee or deposit will be refunded only if the cancellation comes at least one month before the date of occupation. After this time, no refunds will be granted.
8. Damage
You leave us a footprint credit card and allow the owners to charge you any damage to the premises or their contents.
9. Invoicing
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card and Interac. Personal checks are not accepted. Notwithstanding any instructions regarding invoicing, the tenant agree to be personally responsible for settling the invoice. He personally commit to defray the costs incurred either in part or in full, in the absence of full payment by the company, association, or his designated representative and would be responsible for any loss or damage to the log-cabin or its contents.
